This website collects the name, email address, phone number, property address, service preferences, and details you submit when requesting a quote, appointment, or support.

How information is used

Your information is stored to help Clear View review and respond to requests, plan services, record appointment acknowledgements and change requests, and provide support. The business dashboard is restricted to the configured owner. Submitting a request does not authorize marketing messages.

Your tracking code

Your private code gives access to the service, status, requested date, business updates, and any invoice link attached to that request. Keep it private. It is shown after submission and is not automatically emailed. The server stores a protected hash of the code.

Payments

Invoice links open a hosted payment provider. This website does not collect or store card details. The provider’s privacy terms apply to payments made there.

Website services

Hosting services process information needed to operate this site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests its files. Illustrative images are hosted with this website. Review links open the external review platform when selected. No advertising trackers have been added.

Questions or removal requests

To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact (804) 877-1859. Records remain stored until removed by the business. Avoid including sensitive personal or financial information in request forms.
