Clear View LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Screen, Skylight, and Solar Panel Cleaning

  • Gutter Cleaning

  • Ceiling Fan Dusting

  • Light Bulb Replacement

  • Post-Construction Cleanup

  • Other related property services

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via phone, email, or third-party booking software (such as Housecall Pro).

3. Quotes & Pricing

Pricing is based on the information you provide and may vary based on the condition or complexity of your property. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. Add-ons such as screen cleaning, skylights, or high-reach services may incur additional costs.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for special circumstances or to refuse service when unsafe conditions exist (e.g., unsafe access areas, aggressive pets, or inaccessible windows).

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept most major forms of payment through secure third-party processors.

Late or non-payment may result in service refusal, account suspension, or collections processing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe service:

  • Ensure clear access to all areas to be cleaned

  • Secure pets and valuables before arrival

  • Inform us in advance of any delicate or damaged surfaces

  • If photos are requested, please upload clear images of each exterior side of the home for accurate quoting

7. Limitations of Liability

We take great care with your property. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to windows, siding, screens, or seals

  • Damage caused by improper installation or materials

  • Inaccessible or unsafe work areas beyond our equipment limitations

  • Losses resulting from service delays due to weather or access issues

We do not use ladders above 6 feet and do not walk on roofs.

8. Third-Party Services

Some functionality (such as bookings, payments, or analytics) is managed via third-party platforms (e.g., Housecall Pro, WooCommerce, Facebook, Google). We are not responsible for the performance or terms of those platforms.

9. Intellectual Property
