How to prepare
A little preparation helps us reach the agreed areas and spend the visit on the work you requested.
- Share fitting count, approximate height and any delicate materials.
- Clear lightweight objects below the fitting.
- Provide switch access; do not climb or dismantle fixtures.
You do not need to climb, lift heavy furniture, or carry out repairs to prepare. Tell us about access difficulties when you request the quote.
Pricing & scope
Add-on service with a main service visit. Priced after reviewing count, height, finish and access; bulb changes are separate.
What needs a separate discussion
No wiring, repairs, restoration, removal or dismantling. Fragile crystal, damaged fittings and difficult access require a separate assessment.
After the visit
Allow suitable cleaned surfaces to dry before use and follow the fitting manufacturer’s instructions.
