Address soiling with the system in mind.
Surface deposits can obscure panels. Cleaning addresses soiling; any effect on electricity production varies, so we do not promise a percentage improvement or financial return.

How to prepare
A little preparation helps us reach the agreed areas and spend the visit on the work you requested.
- Provide module make or care instructions if available, count, and location.
- Tell us about damage, wiring concerns, restrictions, or a maintenance contract.
- Clear ground access. Do not climb, disconnect equipment, or handle electrical parts to prepare.
You do not need to climb, lift heavy furniture, or carry out repairs to prepare. Tell us about access difficulties when you request the quote.
Pricing & scope
Quoted by layout, count, soiling, manufacturer requirements, and access. No guaranteed output increase is included.
What needs a separate discussion
Surface cleaning is not electrical servicing, certification, roof repair, pest removal, or a performance guarantee. Unsafe or damaged installations need assessment first.
After the visit
Your usual monitoring may help you observe performance, but weather and other factors also affect output. Report system faults to your installer.
Questions about this service
Does every system need the same schedule?
No. Site conditions, soiling, and manufacturer guidance matter more than a universal interval.
Is this pressure washing?
We choose a method against the panel care requirements; this is not a standard pressure-washing service.
