Choose how far beyond the glass we go.
Selecting the parts that need detailing gives you a more complete finish without assuming every component must be cleaned at every window.
What’s included
- Sash option: exposed rails and stiles on selected cleaning sides.
- Frame/jamb option: accessible fixed head and side surfaces.
- Separate interior trim/apron and exterior casing; request grilles, hardware, seals, or visible drainage-opening care too.
What to expect
- 01
We identify your selected parts and review the finish and condition.
- 02
We detail accessible surfaces with a suitable method.
- 03
We flag fragile, damaged, or inaccessible areas outside the agreed scope.
How to prepare
A little preparation helps us reach the agreed areas and spend the visit on the work you requested.
- Identify the rooms and sides needing detailing.
- Clear ledges and provide operating space where needed.
- Tell us about peeling paint, recent finishes, loose grilles, or brittle seals.
You do not need to climb, lift heavy furniture, or carry out repairs to prepare. Tell us about access difficulties when you request the quote.
Pricing & scope
Per window: sash $4; frame/jambs $4; interior trim/apron $4; exterior trim $4; exposed grilles $3; hardware wipe $2; weatherstrip wipe $2; visible weep openings $3. Review and $150 visit minimum apply.
What needs a separate discussion
No disassembly, paint restoration, seal replacement, hardware repair, or hidden drainage work. Grids sealed between glass cannot be reached. These tasks are not automatically part of the glass price.
After the visit
Allow surfaces to dry. You can select different extras for a future visit rather than repeating every task.
Questions about this service
Can I choose exterior trim without interior cleaning?
Yes. Interior and exterior trim are separate choices; other detailing follows your selected glass sides unless agreed otherwise.
What if only a few windows need extra work?
Create a separate window group with those extras selected.
