Give the screens their own attention.
Washing removes loose dirt and pollen from mesh and avoids leaving a visibly dirty screen in front of freshly cleaned glass.

How to prepare
A little preparation helps us reach the agreed areas and spend the visit on the work you requested.
- Count the screens you want washed and identify any stored separately.
- Leave high or awkward installed screens in place.
- Flag broken corners, loose mesh, painted-in screens, or special removal methods.
You do not need to climb, lift heavy furniture, or carry out repairs to prepare. Tell us about access difficulties when you request the quote.
Pricing & scope
Normal screen washing: $5 per screen. Confirm the count and handling. The $150 minimum applies to the overall visit.
What needs a separate discussion
Repair, rescreening, spline replacement, storm panels, and security-screen dismantling are separate. Screen handling needed only for glass access is already included once in the glass scope.
After the visit
Check that refitted screens are seated as expected. Screens are not fall barriers; damaged frames or mesh require separate repair.
Questions about this service
Can I select only some screens?
Yes. Use a separate window group or describe the exact locations.
Is the fixed window frame included?
The screen’s own frame is included. The fixed frame around the window is a separate detailing option.
