Clean the glass on the side you live with.
Cleaning the indoor surface can make a noticeable difference even after the outside has been washed. Combining both sides deals with the accessible glass in one visit.
What’s included
- Interior glass listed in your approved quote.
- Exterior glass too when you select inside-and-out service.
- Glass-edge finishing; additional window parts only when selected.
What to expect
- 01
We walk through the rooms and identify access needs and delicate finishes.
- 02
We protect nearby surfaces as appropriate and hand-clean accessible glass.
- 03
We review the agreed work and flag permanent marks or sealed-unit fogging.
How to prepare
A little preparation helps us reach the agreed areas and spend the visit on the work you requested.
- Remove small ornaments and valuables from window ledges.
- Open blinds and curtains where comfortable.
- Move lightweight obstructions, but tell us about heavy furniture rather than moving it unsafely. Arrange room access and secure pets.
You do not need to climb, lift heavy furniture, or carry out repairs to prepare. Tell us about access difficulties when you request the quote.
Pricing & scope
Standard accessible glass: $10 interior only or $18 both sides per window. $150 visit minimum; detailing extras are separate.
What needs a separate discussion
Sill detailing, tracks, sash, frames, grilles, trim, and screen washing are optional extras. Routine cleaning does not include forcing painted-shut windows or dismantling fragile assemblies.
After the visit
Look at the dry glass from more than one angle. Condensation or moisture between sealed layers needs a window assessment rather than another wash.
Questions about this service
Do curtains need to come down?
Usually they can stay in place and be opened. Tell us about treatments that obstruct the glass.
Does inside-and-out include deep tracks?
No. Glass cleaning and detailing are separate selections so you can choose the work you want.
