Finish the glass after the work is done.
A final glass clean can make a renovation feel ready to use. Assessment matters because some deposits or existing construction damage cannot be corrected by washing.
What’s included
- Review of glass and visible residue before a method is agreed.
- Listed glass surfaces cleaned with a suitable agreed process.
- Specific residue treatment only when expressly included.
What to expect
- 01
We review recent trades, coatings, films, and visible condition.
- 02
We assess a method rather than assuming scraping suits every glass surface.
- 03
We clean agreed areas and explain marks or damage remaining.
How to prepare
A little preparation helps us reach the agreed areas and spend the visit on the work you requested.
- Wait until dust-producing work is finished where possible.
- Provide glass/coating details and information about nearby construction products.
- Clear tools from work areas and flag known scratches or damage.
You do not need to climb, lift heavy furniture, or carry out repairs to prepare. Tell us about access difficulties when you request the quote.
Pricing & scope
Separate assessment for residue type, condition, glass, and access. Standard $10/$18 maintenance rates do not cover construction residue.
What needs a separate discussion
No blanket restoration promise for contaminated glass. Scratches, etching, failed sealed units, hazardous debris, and building repairs are separate concerns.
After the visit
Protect cleaned glass if work continues. A later maintenance clean may be needed after construction is fully finished.
Questions about this service
Can you remove paint or stickers?
Describe the residue and surface. Suitability depends on glass, coating, condition, and the removal method.
Should I book before builders finish?
We can plan timing, but early cleaning may mean the glass becomes dirty again as work continues.
