How to prepare
A little preparation helps us reach the agreed areas and spend the visit on the work you requested.
- Share the skylight count and approximate indoor ceiling height.
- Clear lightweight furniture from below indoor work areas.
- Mention leaks, blinds, roof restrictions, coatings, and care instructions. Do not climb onto the roof for measurements.
You do not need to climb, lift heavy furniture, or carry out repairs to prepare. Tell us about access difficulties when you request the quote.

What needs a separate discussion
Roof access is not automatic. Leaks, seals, roof repair, painted light wells, blinds, and permanent staining are separate from glass.
After the visit
Review dry glass from normal floor level. Between-layer moisture or leaks need a skylight or roof specialist.
